Having experience with 3 providers due to vehicles being hit and totaled, I can say without a doubt that Monitech is the most professional and courteous. They have made the last part of my unfortunate situation easier.

Absolute nightmare! Got this put in at 10am yesterday. It's about an hour and 20 minutes from my house. On the way home, every 5 to 10 minutes I had to blow. Every single time I would blow it would give an error. Not hard enough, or it's too hard, breath temperature or I need to hum louder and more steady. It's near impossible to reach customer service. They have the same fake customer volume message every time you call. Their website does not work and Monitech's business number is always busy are not working at all. The business is a scam perpetrated by the court system. They will leave you stranded and in a life endangering position. Lifesaver is the name of the Main company ironically.
