Absolute nightmare! Got this put in at 10am yesterday. It's about an hour and 20 minutes from my house. On the way home, every 5 to 10 minutes I had to blow. Every single time I would blow it would give an error. Not hard enough, or it's too hard, breath temperature or I need to hum louder and more steady. It's near impossible to reach customer service. They have the same fake customer volume message every time you call. Their website does not work and Monitech's business number is always busy are not working at all. The business is a scam perpetrated by the court system. They will leave you stranded and in a life endangering position. Lifesaver is the name of the Main company ironically.

The installation was alright once I found the location and the guy installing was good but the issue is that if you try to call the 1800 number for assistance because your device is threatening to lock out car and I don’t drink anymore. But says needs service even tho set service date is not til September but no one answers the phone for over hour or even gives a call back when pressing the stay in line button. Still waiting for an answer after holding for hour and half.

I stopped drinking and was successful for awhile until I met the technician at the Arden NC location. The amount of criticism and lack of concern for EVERYTHING by him actually caused me to start drinking again and I ended up in the emergency room for anxiety. Alan Thomas. Use Alcolock!!!! At least they care about you a little bit and try to work with you.
