They are the best ignition interlock company in my opinion. They have the simplest used machines. I have and would highly recommend them to anyone. Even companies that want to help employees out by getting them installed on fleet vehicles. The machines are the easiest to use and yes, I have seen some that would confuse some people

Very professional - made a appointment, I went in , they explained to me everything I needed to know about the interlock device - they got straight to work, installed it - everything worked Great in my car as when it was before installation - showed me how to use the device - signed paperwork and I was gone driving safe away - thanks guys
This is a the worse interlock company. My car has been at the shop for a whole week now waiting on Monitech to send them a code so they can disconnect the device and actually work on my vehicle and Monitech is refusing to do so. I have called them numerous times through out the week and they don’t seem to care. The mechanic has emailed and contacted them via phone and they are just giving him the round around. They gave him 4 invalid codes. This is completely unacceptable. Horrible interlock company .
Phillip (Greensboro office), makes my visits to Monitech so much better. Phillip is knowledgeable, professional and so polite and friendly during my visits. In Phillip you truly have an asset.
