I visited the Greensboro location earlier in December after being turned away twice due to a lack of equipment in stock. Upon arrival for my 3rd visit, the technician had no knowledge of my appointment and was actually double-booked. Additionally, I had a price match on my account due to Monitech pricing at $109 per month compared to Alcolock at $65. If I could pot 0 stars I would . I was supposed to start a new job last week but my car went into permanent lockout. I missed an appt . I called to reschedule 4 hours before the appointment to avoid this but I sat in hold for over 4 hours. You can't call the ship directly to let someone know if you can't make it. Then I have to pay 45$ because I sat on hold for 4 hours. I ended up losing the job opportunity because of this. The 24-7 customer service is a total lie. I would avoid this company if possible. The 24/7 "customer service" is ridiculous!! I've been on hold since 9 am and still waiting!! It's 1pm and I have to pay them so I don't understand why this always takes all day to do something that takes minutes. I'm sure these people work from home so what's so hard??!!! If I press the button for a new machine they answer on the first ring so why is this not the same for all options? I'm furious and tired of the sorry customer service!

Customer support is a joke. The call back feature does not work when asking you to press 8. I even tried leaving a voicemail to receive a call back. They never called me back. It's ridiculously difficult to get in touch with someone via phone, and there is no email address to get in touch with someone either. I've been trying to get in touch with someone for days now and my vehicle is immobile due to the amount of time passed. Terrible customer service when obtaining any information via phone.
