Rip off, device gives false positives causing a fail then you have to call in an pay $45 for a code so you dont get locked out of your car. It makea no sense, you pay a monthly fee of 90 bucks but if you blow a false positive or forget to an arrival test you get locked out if you do not call and pay 45$ for code. I have to blow 2-3 times because the device doesnt work properly. Brought vehicle in to get serviced and the kid there says he can’t work on it because of the complexity of the vehicle. Wasted 1.5 hours there to only have to be sent somewhere else hopefully they are smart enough to handle. Called customer service and was on hold for an hour and still no call back. Company itself is a complete ripoff and hold times are ridiculous. This place is the worst when it comes to customer service my vehicle has been in permanent lock out for 24hrs. Missed work because no one will answer the phone so I can pay them $40 and get a lockout code. This has happened numerous times this company does NOT care about their customers. The sad part is there's nothing I can do it's currently Sunday the office where I'm located is closed so I'm truly at their mercy as to when I'll be allowed to get my truck started I have 4 kids that have activities to go to and have had to ... read more
