This location always has problems or is always closed. 20 minutes before my appointment an agent called to tell me this location would be closed. This location is literally 8 min from my house. So to avoid my 830 am lockout I was inconvenienced and had to travel to the Rocky Mount location to avoid lockout. As high as gas prices are this is unacceptable. Those are extra fees on top of what I’m already paying.
