Do not use this company if you don’t have to. The service center representatives are nice but the trash equipment makes it difficult for them to serve customers properly. Majority of the call center employees cannot speak good English and the company is a fraud/immoral, they’ve been in business 25 years and this device they use for the interlock program is still trash. Shittiest company I've ever dealt with. Hold times are outrageous, you'll be lucky to get an answer. The device will fault out EVEN if you do everything right. I really hope Monitech gets sued for their shady business operations. The workers at this specific shop, however, are fantastic. I would suggest looking at other interlock companies if you need to get one. Monitech, by far, has to be the worst. Edit: Changed from 1 to 4 stars. Customer say they are available 24/7 - I guess that is only Monday to Friday! Called on Sunday, spoke to 3 different people who said they were transferring to technical support, then the recording says you can press 8 for a call back, this doesn't work. This is a Mickey Mouse crap show of a company!
Staff was the most outstanding I’ve worked with. Very knowledgeable and great customer service.
