Shittiest company I've ever dealt with. Hold times are outrageous, you'll be lucky to get an answer. The device will fault out EVEN if you do everything right. I really hope Monitech gets sued for their shady business operations. The workers at this specific shop, however, are fantastic. I would suggest looking at other interlock companies if you need to get one. Monitech, by far, has to be the worst. Edit: Changed from 1 to 4 stars. Over the past few months I have noticed better customer support and a lot shorter wait time.... read more

Customer say they are available 24/7 - I guess that is only Monday to Friday! Called on Sunday, spoke to 3 different people who said they were transferring to technical support, then the recording says you can press 8 for a call back, this doesn't work. This is a Mickey Mouse crap show of a company!

Faulty equipment which has cost me an arm and a leg. I would suggest anyone dealing with this please use another company

The customer service at the Raleigh location 5540 Atlantic Springs Rd was phenomenal. Would give more stars if it wasn’t for the equipment. I did everything that they showed me and it said I had a violation 3 days in a row. The first one was their fault, during installation which they told me they “wouldn’t count as my free one because it was their fault” then I’m being charged for them to fix it 2 days later. Had it removed and will be going to a different company.
