Money hungry company. You guys decide it’s a good idea to “update” the device makIng the customers now give an arrival test DURING a pandemic. And it’s okay for their employees to show up late to work, making me waste gas and time to drive out of town to get my device calibrated. I’ll be glad when February 11th comes and I never have to deal with you guys again. ✌🏻

Device settings are determined by state regulations, not the interlock industry, but we do our best to train our clients how to use the device. We are always striving to become better for our customers, and your feedback helps us to best understand how.
This is the absolute worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Their normal business practices are abhorrent to say the least, but even during a pandemic they create an update with the sole purpose of the costing people (who have already paid thousands of dollars to the justice system) money. I personally don’t use them , but a family member does. He is 20 hours away and has been for the past month working with disaster relief and they are making him drive home through hurricane Sally to have it serviced by a certain date . TOTAL BULL! They don’t care about anyone’s well being. It’s all about the money. Extremely crappy customer service as well.
