Chose Monitech because they were $10 cheaper a month. I took the day off work and showed up early to my appointment. Oddly enough the power was off when I got there. The company to the left and right of monitech had power. Employee told me corporate probably didnt pay the power bill. Called the help center and got no help whatsoever. Called smart start and setup an appointment immediately. You will pay a few bucks more a month for smart start, but they are wrell worth it. Dont even waste your time with monitech. I ALWAYS wait for such a long time for anybody to answer my calls. Tried for TWO HOURS to make an appointment yesterday and got NOTHING. You are lazy people and I can’t wait to never have to deal with idiots like you again. May not be getting to my job on Monday, so thanks for that
