The fact that my son was on vacation and supposedly the battery ran down and locked him out even though he was out of the state abs his car was at home. He then faced unexpected fees that were totally unacceptable. His car was put in the shop to have new tires and Blacks tires called, was on hold over 10 minutes to talk to some one who was going to send a code for them to move the car and then was told to email which they did and no response or reply for 2 days. Customer Service to me receives a “F” grade
This place sucks, Im currently a customer... all they care about is charging you for every little thing... smart start is better and cheaper. DO NOT COME HERE
The device and expectations will cost you an exuberant amount of money that is not even realistic. The allocations that you are doing something wrong are nothing but a scam to generate money. This is nothing more than a money scheme to pad someone’s pockets. I have everything to prove my innocence for these absolutely ridiculous accusations. I will not pay another dime for this ridiculous calculation of someone’s life that is being taken advantage of.
The guy was nice and it took roughly 2 hours. Be careful within 100 ft fas stations especially Murphy's and older vehicles in the cold. Ethonal has a higher concentrationwhen its cold and Murphysgas higher levels of ethonal in their gass. The gas fumes can get into the vehicle and cause a fail. Not the techs fault but corporates fault. It's difficult to get a mechanics code even with getting the mechanics to submit the request.
