I had an appointment scheduled with your Greenville office on Wednesday July 23 2025 for 3:30. I arrived on time only to find the door locked. I waited 20 minutes to see if anyone would open up. Needless to say no one did. I drove close to 50 miles round trip for nothing. No one phoned, no email,not anything from anyone. I know things can happen but this is ridiculous. As a shop owner, Monitech is the worst device to try to deactivate correctly. Of course I could bypass it illegally which I will not do but if you want to bypass it to service a vehicle you have to go online and fill out a form days beforehand. By the way their is no instructions to do this and if you call to find out what to do they leave you on hold forever. Then tell you that it may take days before you get a bypass code if its accepted.
