Really GREAT Company So Far ! I was dreading having to change from Alcolock & Have been impressed with My Ignition Interlock Device. But this Monitech Device is Brand new & Works so much better. GLAD I'm with Monitech Now 😇

Worst company I've ever done business with I gave 5 star to make sure people see the post Do yourself a favor a pay a little more for a different company They constantly aren't at appointments and have to reschedule and drive 30 minutes to an hour to another location They take weeks to handle important request They have 0 customer service Worst company I've ever dealt with, problems from the beginning to end

I had an appointment scheduled with your Greenville office on Wednesday July 23 2025 for 3:30. I arrived on time only to find the door locked. I waited 20 minutes to see if anyone would open up. Needless to say no one did. I drove close to 50 miles round trip for nothing. No one phoned, no email,not anything from anyone. I know things can happen but this is ridiculous.
