I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sarin. My regular practitioner didn’t have any availability and I had a scheduled sick visit with Dr. Sarin. She was extremely attentive, took a comprehensive history, and spent a significant amount of time developing a treatment plan. She was very thorough and even spent time, during the appointment, to call specialists (on speaker phone) with me! I left feeling well cared for and validated.
She is good and kindly doctor. She take care good of my mom. The place is clean I like to come here.
Dr sarin is a wonderful doctor she is smart and listens to my thoughts. Her medical assistant Taylor is even better she took her time snd helped me with everything I needed I never felt so welcomed. Taylor and dr sarin are an excellent team would recommend.
At my appointment she confused me 3 times with a patient in another room. It took 3 days and 5 phone calls for her to get my antibiotics and asthma rescue inhaler called into the pharmacy. Being a cancer patient the antibiotics are extremely important. This was totally unacceptable! First and last time going there.
DURING MY FIRST NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT, SHE NEVER INTRODUCED HERSELF WHEN SHE ENTERED THE EXAM ROOM AFTER I WAITED FOR ALMOST AN HOUR IN A HOSPITAL GOWN. SHE COMPLAINED THE ENTIRE EXAM ABOUT HOW STEWARD HEALTH PLANS WOULD NOT PAY PHYSICIANS THE MONEY THAT THEY SHOULD RECEIVE. SHE TOLD ME I HAD AN EAR INFECTION AND BRADYCARDIA. BOTH ARE FALSE DIAGNOSES. I WAS THERE FOR A PHYSICAL. AND FINALLY, WHEN I DISCHARGED HER AS MY PHYSICIAN, I WAS HOUNDED BY NUMEROUS TEXTS, VOICEMAILS, AND EMAILS. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!
