This doctor is amazing. She has the kindest demeanor. She spends time with me and I feel well cared for. The whole office is terrific. I love every single person.

From the moment I arrived at Tri Valley Urology Medical Group, I was impressed. The waiting room was very spacious. I was immediately greeted by a friendly and informative staff member. When I was called back to the offices, every staff member greeted me as I walked past them. It was unusually refreshing to be in a medical facility with kind, helpful and friendly staff. Dr. Crisell came into my room, and was immediately friendly, asking questions and giving very helpful solutions to my problems.

Dr. Crisell is a nice doctor, communicating with her office is not very easy but she is worth the trouble.
I really care for her. Unfortunately the surgical coordinator in the office (Veronica) is totally useless. My husband sees Dr Brodak and she messed with his surgical schedule as well as mine with Dr Crisell. She needs to go work somewhere that she has no control over others healthcare.
