We don’t live close enough to go very often but when we need Italian it’s worth the drive. Our group of old colleagues and our wives, all of us long retired, reserve the NE room a couple of times a year and carry on for over three hours, usually. Lots of talk, laughter, and maybe a “healthy” serving of our wine. The staff know to not put other customers in that room when we’re there. The food and service are awesome.
I have been wanting to try Moni's for so long so we finally made it last night. There was a short wait so we decided to sit at the bar and have an appetizer and some wine. The service was amazing. We got great input on the wine selection and the mushrooms, you HAVE to try the mushrooms. First we had the bread and the oil. Amazing! Hands down the best Italian food in the area! Haven’t tried anything I haven’t liked.
