Left my hair shorter than asked for. Even showed a picture with multiple angles. I wanted one side longer as I part it and she said it’s better if to cut it equal and you can choose the side when I had JUST showed her how I wanted it. It wasn’t Monique who cut my hair but i’m not going back. For the price I can’t be too disappointed.
I went in there explaining I have a scar and was very clear how I wanted my hair cut. The lady didn’t care and did a terrible job exposing my scar stating “many people have scars your shouldn’t care” after she cut my hair nothing like I showed her or explained. She tried to justify it saying that’s what she did. She might have eye issues I’m not sure. Never coming back here
