I had Monique's make our bridal and groom's cake and was not disappointed. The tasting appointment we set up was very professional and friendly. They neatly showcased the different combinations of flavors we could choose from and worked with us from there. The cakes were delivered in great condition even though it was a bit of a drive to my reception location. I would not recommend this bakery to anybody. My wife and I wanted to support a local business by ordering a birthday pie for our daughter. We placed an order with this bakery and asked if they are able to make a mudd pie for our daughter and if it could be strictly chocolate and made for a child to consume. They said it would not be a problem. We went ahead and paid in advance for the pie. When it was time for us to pick up the pie it was horrible and was not made in the manner it was suppose to be.
