Such a great place! I have just been going to Monique’s for a few years, and she never disappoints with his she cuts my hair. All I have to do is show her a photo and she does it perfectly alike while also recommending how to style it just like the photo. She’s a literal magician and angel whenever I go there :)

I have been going to Monica for hair cut/trim, color, and style for over a decade. She’s awesome in every sense. She’s given me what I asked for. Also, Monica often gives suggestions on current trends on cut and color to help me stay current (even though I go with my usual). Her price is one of the lowest around Visalia. My mother has been getting her hair done with Monica for 17+ years and every time her hair looks amazing! I take my mother to her hair appointments and she’s always very professional and attentive to her customers. While waiting for my mom I’ve never felt uncomfortable with any conversations, in-fact Monica is very friendly and always makes sure to make you feel welcomed even asking me how I am and how are my children.
