The appointment went fine. The exam went great and the Dr. explained that my vision hadn't really changed at all. I just got my newest glassed last July so there wasn't really any changes that were worth the cost getting new glasses. My issue is that I was getting emails, calls and texts every other day for like a month before the appointment. I did visit this location a year ago but since then I went to another one. Nice and friendly staff and they were very helping in getting you whether you need contacts, prescription eyewear or an eye exam
My eye exam was thorough and the doctor explained everything along the way, taking time to be sure my new contact lenses were a perfect fit (for comfort and vision). When it came to finding glasses, Joanna was incredibly helpful with helping me choose frames as well as comparing costs for me. I felt comfortable throughout.
Everyone was very helpful and kind. I felt comfortable and that I was in good hands.
