Mrs. Monique, very gentle and kind & very understanding a woman’s body “ not easy to get a same day appointment with her. It’s so hard for me when making an appointment and the receptionist asked me. What do I need to see the Doctor for. I feel that it’s a personal and private question & it’s not easy to answer, especially when a men reception is answering the telephone . Parked in the lot right outside, they validate parking in the office if needed. Dr swain was prompt but answered all the questions I had. My appt was at 3:30 and I was out of there by 3:50.
Dr. Swain is truly the most amazing doctor I’ve ever encountered. After a recent medical emergency, she performed life-saving surgery on me and graciously accepted me as her patient. Her skill, compassion, and dedication made all the difference during such a critical time. I am forever grateful for her care and expertise.
