I love Dr. Spears as a person, but do not bother with this office. She has too many patients and not enough time slots. They had to cancel my appointment for med management because she was out of the office, and had only one appointment available over the next 4 weeks, which I couldn't make. I was told by the front desk staff that Dr. Spears will only be in the office 3 days per week going forward and that patients are not allowed to see other physicians in the office that may be available. Dr.Spears is passionate about patient care. Her thorough approach results in my receiving the various specialists necessary for heart and gastro concerns. She asks, listens and encourages me to share any and all concerns I may have. Her nurse is also phenomenal - professional yet personable and caring. Dr. Spears is truly the best. Every doctor should strive to provide the level of care she does, there is so much others could learn from her. She never makes you feel rushed or like you’re just another patient on the schedule. She takes the time to listen, explain, and genuinely connect.
