Dr. Regard is good at what she does, but her office is very unorganized. It takes multiple calls and long periods waiting on hold to get into any contact with her office. She will rarely talk to you if needed, and her employees get very impatient when talking on the phone. Its extremely frustrating. They are completely overbooked and Dr. Regard seems in a hurry for every appointment. Dr. Regard is amazing. I was a patient of hers for 7 years and she has always been kind, caring, and compassionate. She is the one who diagnosed my endometriosis, she listened to me after I had been to countless doctors who all blew off my pain and referred me to pysch, but Dr. Regard called it the very first time I met her. I have always been very comfortable with her too, she listens as any good doctor should without making judgements or faces or any indications to make one think they aren't being heard or respected.
