I have had persistent pain in my neck an shoulder areas. I scheduled an appointment about 2 weeks out because the schedule was hard to fit in. You have to fill in patient forms online prior to the appointment. Monique greets you and asks what problem areas you have. Mine must be from working at a desk and being on the telephone. It's great that a conversation is started before the work begins to make you feel comfortable with the time. Good pressure and stretching. It's been 2 days and my neck and shoulders have less pain.
