I would highly recommend Monique Lambert as my realtor of choice. I have worked with her several times. We built our first custom home and she helped us every step of the way. She gave us the names of reputable builders in town and set up interviews with them, communicated with the builder throughout the building process, and made the inspection and punch list a breeze.
