Therapy is something that needs to be done recuringly for a long period of time (personally i think i should be done forever) however (unfortunately due to moving) I spent a very short amount of time with Dr.Belton and the breakthroughs, progress, time and attention I received not only got me out of my dangerous slump, but helped me reevaluate my life set goals, and become very successful believe in myself and find purpose.
