Horrible bedside manner. Extremely rude, disrespectful and uncaring for the patient. Would NEVER recommend.
Very helpful and provided referrals as needed. Understood what my child was going through and provided a quick straightforward resolution. This was a virtual visit and she was able to speak with both parent and child.
Abrupt and seems bothered. I am not an overly anxious person and felt my concerns seemed silly to her. Asked me where I got a certain diagnosis from because it was not in my child’s chart. I let her know twice that the pediatrician she saw in person gave this diagnosis. I am not searching google to diagnosis my child. When I call the pediatrician or telemed please just give information. If the other physician did not document don’t assume I’m making things up. I ended up seeing another telemed physician. She was the call back doctor on duty today apparently. Wife called to find out information about my daughters lab work and was rude and seemed bothered by asking information that we didn't know. Doesn't seem to have much compassion or thoughtfulness towards concerned parents.
An excellent doctor!!!!! Dr. Adu Is SO caring, patient, knowledgeable, and thorough! Have been seeing her for a few years... My son is very comfortable with her. He wants to add kind too. :))) thank you so much Dr. Adu for what you do!!!!! Thank you staff as well!
