I met Monika when I walked in. She gave me a haircut. She told me to call to schedule an appointment with her when I wanted to come back. But the guy who answers the phone tells me she doesn't work, you have to try Sat, Sun, or Mon. But I told him I called on Mon, nobody answered. He says that's because we're closed Sat, Sun, Mon. Walked into this place and immediately was refused service. The barber stating “I don’t do women’s cuts”. I use a 1 for a bowl cut bald fade, which I explained many times. “Just imagine my head is on a man’s body”. He did not appreciate that comment. He seemed quite offended as he snapped back at me; “No, I can’t do that!”. If you’re looking for the traditionally toxic masculinity experience this is the place for you. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. I will absolutely do the opposite.
