Avoid at all costs. I found a house I put an ACCEPTED offer on. Provided them my contract on my house sale, my pre approval mortgage and down payment amount. What a horrible experience renting from this realtor. We rented a Pet Friendly shore house for a week only to be told 3 days in my Soldiers PTSD dog had to leave. The dog was not left alone for more than 4 hours and never makes a mess or a sound. Our contract states Pet Friendly. Now, my soldier and his dog were separated. This is a living nightmare. Don’t use Moynihan Realitor on 32.nd and Central ave. Ocean city. Terrible experience. To start out we looked at the house on 5217 Asbury Ave. We asked if it was available for from July 10 to Aug. 7. The Realitor called the owner and said it was. We had the listing in our hands with the 2021 rates. We told the agent Joshua we wanted to rent it for those weeks.
