Had the best Monical's pizza I've ever had here today. Thank you for the great experience. Cold crisp salad, hot flavorful pizza on crispy crust, fresh ice tea, friendly fast service. Last time I was in this Monical's was 1971, it's better than I remembered. I can't wait to come back.

Decided to give the Paris Monicals another try after several months of not going....bad decision. Ordered 2 pizzas to go, and when we got home we could not eat either pizza. Both were burnt and very greasy, $30+ down the drain.

Service and staff have went downhill since corporate took over. Food isnt Monicals quality everyone is used too.
Horrible service. Pizza was disgusting compared to how it used to be, and it took an hour for the pizza to come out (with only 2 other tables in there) salad and drinks took almost 15 min, employees were very rude also. We won't be going back! We miss the old monicals!
This place has gone down the tubes. You could drill for oil faster. Rude boss lady. Wrong order. Demanded we pay for what we didn't order that was wrong in the first place. No Thanks you lost another customer.

Used to be great. Service now is SO slow, we didn't get what we ordered, and 3 tables walked out while we were there. We won't be back.
