The second worse gluten free pizza I’ve had in 10 years. The GF pizza is baked in a tray, not sure if it’s for cross contamination or…anyway, the tray baking technique means the bottom is soggy and will never be cooked through. The edges were crispy and the top was done but the dough was still raw, flimsy, soggy. I took home the rest so I could finish baking it. Do not recommend at all. Other than that, the regular pizza was good and service was good. If you’re going for GF pizza, please don’t waste your time or money.
I grew up with and am a huge Monical’s fan. We do the night before Thanksgiving every year. I have eaten in Peoria, St Joe and Tilton in last 3 months with no complaints. Last night on N Vermillion we were at the table 2.5 hours waiting on food. One persons pizza took 30 mins longer than the rest. He is 7YO! Our pizza was not good.
