I was new to the app. I went in to pick up my pizza and the girl told me how much it was. I thought I had paid on the app and she said no you didn't pay for it. So while I was trying to confirm that on my phone she starts yelling at me that I owe her so much money and after she said it about the third time I told her she needed to chill out and calm down and give me a minute. Eating at other Monicals locations over 50 yrs. Never had any pizzas all these yrs that deserved this 1 star rating.
I love their pizza and the staff is friendly
