I normal LOVE their salads , but they have recently changed their shredded cheese. The cheese tasted spoiled, when I called in and told them about it. They just explained that it was a new kind of cheese and that was it. Very disappointed on the way it was handled and how they dismissed it . I normal like this pizza place because they have gluten free items... but this literally left a bad taste in my mouth when you have discard a big part of the salad .
You may go for pizza, but I suggest the deluxe nachos. Loaded (basket is overflowing) with nacho cheese and shredded, green and black olives, jalapeños, onions, taco meat, and tomatoes. Under $7 and enough to feed more than one person. Never disappointed when I order in or take to go.
Very poor customer service. Our family have always went to Monicals for our family get togethers. However it would take alot to get us to go back. Need new Manager before he runs all the customers away.
Fantastic pizza salad and breadsticks. Service was very good.
We just left your restaurant after sitting for 30 minutes with no service. We had 3 different waitresses see us, 2 of those saw us at least 3 times, but not one approached us to take even our drink orders. Then people who came in 20 minutes after us were being waited on. Worst service we've experienced there..ever.
Pizza was burned on the edges. Manager told me that's normal? He touched all the pieces, flipping them over, (the good ones) and then says they normally burn the edges. Coming from Chicago, the pizza was cardboard. Ill post pictures to show you. Seriously gross. Manager's name was "Chris."
Salads are great and oh that pizza, cooked to perfection!
