My wife and I go there at least once a week. The good is always fantastic. We have our regular waiter (albert) he is not just a great waiter. He knows our story and shares his. This makes a big difference . U dont feel just like another table and tip. The rest of the staff is on point too. And to the unsung heros of a resturant. The cooks. Fantastic ...
Stopped in Monday night, place was pretty empty, server never came back, had to get up and get my own box, went to restroom to wash hands and noticed she was on her phone. Best pizza by the truck stop but better service down the road.
Fast, friendly service. Great pizza and other menu items. Garlic breadsticks are a tad bit doughy but still delicious. We always come back here when we shop at the outlets.
Very poor customer service. Our family have always went to Monicals for our family get togethers. However it would take alot to get us to go back. Need new Manager before he runs all the customers away.
