I don't know why the rating is so bad for this Monicals. I've never had a bad experience here. Anyway, their pizza & breadsticks are always warm & yummy. I love Monicals & this one is no different.
I had their veggie pizza. It was delicious. My new favorite pizza now.
The assistant manager there is very unprofessional and rude. You could probably pick up some stranger off of the street and they'd have a better attitude then she did. Very disappointed!!!!
The Rantoul store has really gone to sh*t. The service sucks, it's nearly impossible to get your order right on the 1st try. The new management is a bigger joke than the last putz they had in there.
this monicals has the worst service of any of the restuarants
Went in for lunch... had to order at the counter and then sit down... food was good.
The food here is great! But, if you dine in the service is sub par.
