They don’t understand how future orders work. Multiple times have ordered food 2 hours ahead of when I need it for my dinner at work which is only 30 minutes. Every single time they are showing up 20 minutes past the delivery time leaving me 10 minutes to eat.. one time the driver showed up only 10 minutes late and was actually excited that she “made it on time” even though she was late to an order that was made 2 hours ahead of time.
