Horrible customer service from our waitress. She messed up our order and did not apologize once for it, she did not even make an attempt to check on us. I rather eat at McDonald's, Subway, etc. Very dissatisfied!!!

I know you're only used to having one family at a time in your restaurant, but tonight you where packed and unable to handle it. I'm surprised you're still in business.
Will is one of the cooks there and he always takes special care of our lunch when we order Monical's from work! He knows just how each of us like our food - specialty orders and all! It's nice to have that kind of personal touch from a restaurant.

If your in Gibson city and are looking for to be your own waitress and bus boy and wait 45 minutes for very burned food THIS IS the place you should go!!!!!
Have always had great service and great food. Especially love the buffet at lunch.
I'm honestly surprised this location hasn't closed yet. Today there were no pizzas or breadsticks on the buffet until close to noon...the buffet opens at 11. We try to keep our business local but for the most part, if we want monicals, we will order it from a completely different town so that we will get quality food and service. So sad to see this place go down hill.
