Very happy with service We used Phil Gerisilo for our first home purchase and were very happy. We didn't look very hard before we found the perfect home. He was very helpful in answering our questions and walked us through the process. He was always available and/or returned phone calls very quickly. Referred us to a great lending company as well. We were very happy with him!
Will not use this real estate office again. – I have had mostly positive interactions with realtors in the past. While some may have stretched the truth a bit, I have never known one to tell an outright lie to make a deal . . . until now. That's exactly what happened with the realtor I dealt with from this office. Specifically, she told a lie to receive a full commission. Hopefully, this is the exception.
