I am very pleased with the service I have received from Lifestance. I look forward to my sessions with Mrs. Monica. She is very professional and makes me feel comfortable in my sessions. She listens, and makes me feel heard, without judgement. She also gives great insight. I'm happy that I have her as my therapist.
Booking my first appointment was easy. The person I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful, even when I called back to change the date. Then, when I had the session with Monica Shannon, she put me at ease right away and I really enjoyed talking with her.
