Beware... Very questionable premium to claim value. Unfortunately they have their loop holes to get out of paying. In short, they paid just a few small claims over the several years, while I always paid my monthly obligations, but the last several medical claims they made me jump thru hoops essentially to deny, delay and defend their position not to pay, and I probably lost $3000-4000, not including my wasted premiums paid. Very very frustrating to say the least.
