Never again!!! I am new to the area and needed to make an appointment for my child's 6-month well baby visit. I have four children, the oldest being 9, so I have had my fair share of visits to the doctor. I have also lived in two prior states before moving to Florida, and I have to say I have NEVER seen a doctor (pediatrician or not) examine one of my babies in the same manner that Dr. Rosenthal uses. my kids love them and I trust them - great team! My son and daughter have gone to the Rosenthal/Sams practice since they were born - now in 8th and 11th grade. I must say that I love the family-feel of the office - with two doctors there, I don't feel like we're just another number -- they actually know who my children are and care about them! I don't trust anyone else with my kids! Dr. Sams is AWESOME! This coming from what some may call a snob! I've been known to be quite picky in what's best for me and my family! I'm a huge water snob and don't get me started on hotels! So when it came time to pick a pediatrician I was at a loss. We came upon her by chance. Terrific Doctor! Monica Sams is the BEST Pediatrician! She takes the time to talk with you regardless of her schedule, she explains everything and is very thorough. We moved to Florida from DC and she spent hours going over my son's medical records and started a plan of action. She has AMAZING bedside manner and treats our kids as if they were her own. She calls personally to check up on us if the kids are sick. IF you're looking for a dedicated, loving Pediatrician she is the ONE!

never again! My children are better off at a walk in clinic. Monica Sams came across as very arrogant and money hungry. My son came in with pink eye and she ordered and ORAL STEROID for coughing (which he doesnt have). Not only did she get the patients mixed up, she was bad mouthing other patients while i was in the room with her.

Very Good Doctor I had been taking my kids to Dr.Sams for more than a year. I never wanted to look for another doc , even if i stay very far from Dr.Sam's clinic. I like the way she treats kids, all the staff are nice . I highly recommend Dr.Sams

thorough and cautious Dr. Sams is in practice with her father, Dr. Stanley Rosenthal DO. All of the staff is very nice, friendly and empathetic with the patients and their families. Dr. Sams is very thorough and spends a lot of time with patients to find the best route for that family. She also has a wide variety of contacts that she uses to better assist her patients. She personally calls very quickly when test results are received and always seems to remember the details of your situation. Highly recommended.
