I was here for a research project for school on September 11th, comparing jewelry across different retailers in Hudson Yards based on location, quality, price point, and customer service. I just wish I could give more than five stars! I had the nicest time at this store today. I was helped by Cynthia, who was so kind to me! I found the chain I had been looking for, and she also printed out some pictures for me to put in the MRK lockets I already have.
