Monica is the best PA ever. Listening to needs and concerns. She left no stone unturned until she had an answer for my health issues. She would reach out to specialists to get me squeezed in earlier due to my situation. She basically saved my life or at least my health! I am truly grateful for her and umpc. Shes the best!
Terrible PA...no idea what she was doing. She was rude , condescending, quick to judge and a bully! Do not waste your time ...trust me!
