unprofessional. 1) Psychiatrist no follow-up and I had to find own treatment. 2) Plan of action on intake not carried out by psychologist. 3) billing done incorrectly with confidentiality breach and 4) gaslights and disrespects the patient even when the patient tries to correct the error. I was with them for five years and it wasn’t necessarily the worst place but given the opportunity I wouldn’t go back. There was a good chunk of disorganization and unprofessionalism. There had been incidents where I’ve had to do their job as well. Including two times where I had contacted my psychiatrist(s) to follow up on a refill or an appointment only to be told they no longer work there. Just found the awesome thoughts business card in my wallet, my daughter used the services last year. Once my daughter was placed with a therapist everything was great.
