Unorganized, unprofessional, and rude. Billing complications and inconsistent treatment. Seems like it needs to be investigated.
unprofessional. 1) Psychiatrist no follow-up and I had to find own treatment. 2) 3rd party billing done incorrectly and with confidentiality breach. Although one office person and initially Dr Greene gaslighted and disrespected me when I asked about this breach, the therapist with Dr Greene’s help did contact the 3rd party payor about this billing process. I must live now with this breach. No corrections made with 3rd party. Trend carefully.

I was with them for five years and it wasn’t necessarily the worst place but given the opportunity I wouldn’t go back. There was a good chunk of disorganization and unprofessionalism. There had been incidents where I’ve had to do their job as well. Including two times where I had contacted my psychiatrist(s) to follow up on a refill or an appointment only to be told they no longer work there.
