Mr. Dr. Kogan, was very knowledgable. She talked us through all options from non operative to operative procedures. She wrote everything down so that we could take it home with us to process. She answered all of our questions that other doctors would not spend the time answering. She was professional yet spoke to my daughter in a way not to scare her or overwhelm us with a very overwhelming situation. She was a pleasure
