Very bad experience with her as the selling agent. Had a verbal agreement that she did not follow through on. Dishonest and does not honor her word. I'm sorry you don't remember the incident, I was working with your associate Leanne Faulkner, who you also misled.
Monica was available for any questions/concerns at anytime (even before and after business hours, which was extremely helpful). Answered any questions swiftly and accurately.
We are first-time home buyers and did not have much knowledge to go off of. Monica Wert was incredibly helpful, explained everything very clearly, and was wonderful to work with! It was clear through out the process that she really does care for her clients. We would recommend Monica to anyone, and whenever we are ready to be back on the market we will contact her again!
