I have put a lot of thought into posting this but I am so disgusted with the care my husband received from Dr. Monica Juarez-Gonzales at Dallas Medical Physician group located on East Cartwright road in Mesquite. Please, I encourage everyone to change practices if they are with this current physician. My husband was put into ICU in February after she had erroneously prescribed him medications without updated lab work. The day he went into the hospital he was in her office to have bloodwork done. Doctor Mónica Juárez-Gonzales and Ida are amazing people and the gentleman that draws our blood for is great and what he does never feel any pain in pricking me atawesome crew and ladies in the front desk are great as well. I’ve been coming to this office for over 3-4 years
My personal experience with my sweet bubbly personality Dr. Gonzalez was very professional and she actually took the time to listen and answer every question I had even if it was for other health issues that I wasn't being seen for. She provided refills for meds even after my insurance was canceled. She even called to see how I was doing. Some doctors forget about you when they find out you no longer have insurance but not her. Will be going back to her.
If you want a place that actually cares about you and your health DO NOT GO HERE they care only about the money. They also have patient info sitting in plain site on their sign in clipboards.. BIG HIPAA violation... switching providers TODAY
