I found both Shanna (front desk) & Dr. Monica Hannon both very friendly, experienced & helpful. I would recommend this ob/gyn practice. The only problem I have is with The Portal. I can’t seem to make it work properly when I first entered it & on the day of my appointment, I couldn’t even get in.

Wow! After great difficulty finding and getting in with Drs in the SF area as a new resident, I could not be happier than finding Dr M Hannon. She asked me such a thorough history of my medical issues, did a complete exam, made suggestions for preventative tests and follow ups. There was no rush at all to my visit. I had a very pleasant visit with Dr. Monica Hannon. The office was able to get me in much sooner than others that I inquired at and during my visit I appreciated that she answered all of my questions and did not make me feel rushed.
Dr Hannon is very knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. She always takes the time to listen to my health concerns.
