She is the best doctor I've ever had and at age 71 I've had lots of doctors. I was heartbroken when I learned that Glenbrook Hospital decided to close the office in which she worked. I've tried everything I can think of to find her but unfortunately, I can't. Great doctor, smart, friendly, very good at diagnosing the problems.
The best doctor I've ever had. Had her when she was in Grayslake. No doctor will ever replace her, I actually cried when she left because of how amazing, skilled, helpful and compassionate she was. She helped me with anything I needed right away and I couldn't thank her enough, I just wish she was closer so I could continue seeing her.
The best doctor I’ve ever had, hands down. I was terribly disappointed when she left NW Grayslake and I loved her CNA, Jennifer, too. I will be attempting to get in to see her immediately and I don’t mind making the trip down to Glenview. Ive waited long enough!

Dr. Fudala is a very compassionate and skilled physician. During my appointment with her she accurately diagnosed a torn ACL, ordered an MRI and called me immediately with the results as soon as they came in. Additionally, she was very friendly and had great bedside manner. I would highly recommend her!
