Monica is the exact person you want when you are selling your home. She works the job as if it is her own home selling. Very clear communicator, well informed and stayed on top of the whole process from start to finish. I felt completely covered. I’d hire her in a heartbeat again.
Monica was our agent for selling of our house. She was referred to us through the Sellers Edge program. She did real well as worked with us to lower our price after it became obvious that the market had a glut of houses in early Summer. We kind of had to sell so that action brought in a lot of traffic that led to sake of our house to a nice family. She also did a lot of advertising in newspaper and on-line to bring in traffic.
Monica is a phenomenal realtor and a great person. We learned an incredible amount from her and found the perfect house. No one knows Oakland better than Monica.
