Dr. Monica Duarte and her staff have been amazing. I've been at their practice for YEARS and have been following her as she moved locations. They're always the nicest people (all of them), they've never had a scheduling issue (they can accommodate my rescheduling needs and have never made a schedule error), I've never had any issues with any dental work here (a crown replacement and few cavity fillings), and you can tell they CARE about their patients! I got my wife, sister and her husband to start going here!
Dr. Duarte is an extremely competent, attentive, thorough, caring dentist. Michele, her hygienist is also extremely competent, thorough, and caring. The office staff is welcoming and friendly.
Wonderful dental office! I’ve been treated by Dr. Duarte since she took over for Dr. Bloom. She is very caring and compassionate and truly wants what is best for you as an individual. I wouldn’t get my dental work done anywhere else. Her staff is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Very helpful staff and the dentist is great. They set up an amazing dental plan for me. I have bern going thru dental procedures since i was 16 and can say Dr. Duarte really wants the best for your teeth and will recommend what she thinks will be best for you. I had to postpone treatments for insurance and finances to be available and they were patient with me and understanding.
Dentist is great!! However the woman who administers this practice is a bully! I missed two appointments (which i cancelled by phone) due to a severe and very unfortunate family crisis and received an email to say we were dismissed from the practice!! 🤣 Life happens!! She behaved the same way earlier in the year when we were cut off due to extreme weather... Don’t use this place unless you are prepared to be 100% committed to putting your dental treatment above all else in your life including death and severe injury!!
