My advice is don't call her for anything we have called this woman about her listings she doesn't answer her phone she won't answer questions about her listings and hostile rude and mean she told us if you want info about her listing to call a buyer agent and let them get the info about property. She has a property we were interested in and listing said it might need construction loan but doesn't tell you what's wrong with it she said get a buyer agent to pull engineering report to find out.
