Ms Ortiz IS NOT A GOOD DOCTOR I wouldn't advise her to anyone Staff is Rude and Nasty Ortiz pretends to care when all in all has an whole different plan She had contacted hospice for my husband and hadn't even known him as a patient and this was on his first time seeing her She's a LIAR SO BEWARE
The office manager here is rude and completely unprofessional. I have been TRYING to get in to an appt for months and she always calls back with some excuse or another reason why my appt doesn't go thru.. Today is now my appt and she won't let me in the door until my EXACT time even though i have new patient paperwork and labs to do. I will never come back to this office with this manager working here. She needs to learn a few things about how to treat her patients. New and old.
I had been a patient for 2 years and dr Monica Clemente-Ortiz. She has been essential with my management of multiple health problems. She’s has been carefully and throughly with lab results, my different symptoms and take her time on the explanation of lab results, tests and my ailments. Thanks to her we have been able to make a plan and gradually make improvements.
1.) I had a simple question for this office that made mathematical sense. I was told to fast for bloodwork. I had one sip of soda at 12:30 am and was told to reschedule, and I did. Even though by then it was 8:30 and it shouldn’t have mattered at that point. Then I realized it would work much better for me to fast from 2am-10am, same 8 hours as 12am-8am that I was scheduled for the first time. I was told no by Rachel who draws the blood for the labs.
