We love Monica. When I tell you the best lady in town. If you take your sell/buy anywhere else you’re a fool. I’ve done multiple transactions and been with her for years so this review is more genuine than any leather you’ll find. She works for you- not the other way around. Her purpose is to get you a great deal and she keeps it real. I would vote her mayor if she would run!!

As a mortgage broker licensed in several states, I do business with several realtors. Monica was the sellers realtor and was absolutely amazing to work with. Full of knowledge, great communication and very patient. This was an extremely difficult deal to close and she was amazing to work with and a huge help in getting her clients home sold and our clients into his first home. I can’t thank her enough nor can I recommend her as a realtor. She’s amazing and goes above and beyond!!!

I’ll get straight down to it. From the start Ms. Monica knew her trade, knew what I was looking for and had the road rise to meet me there. She was thorough during our walkthroughs and knew what things to look for. Her responsiveness, knowledge and honesty is unmatched.
